Coach Williams announcement for Team Birmingham Bullets pre-season Boot Camp:



At last we're able to announce the dates for the Team Birmingham Bullets pre-season Boot Camp.


July 11th, 18th, 25th
Aston University, Woodcock Sports Hall
12.15pm to 4.30pm
Cost £6 per player


August 1st, 8th, 15th,
Aston University, Woodcock Sports Hall
12.15pm to 4.30pm
Cost £6 per player


August 22nd, 29th
Aston University, Gem Sports Hall
1.00pm to 4.00pm
Cost £5 per player


You will be required to bring alot of water to drink, a snack, swimming shorts, towels and a change of socks/shoes.
All players that have already registered and provided their clothing sizes, will be given their kit July 25th 2009..... courtesy of our sponsors The Brick Merchant (Birmingham).
We will be video taping the sessions for the website and doing a fitness test.
You will be weighed and measured again, so make sure you're eating health.
All weight training, nutrition and stretching programs will be handed out July 18th 2009, so make sure I know your ONE REP MAX SCORES, any questions speak to Neil Nisbet.
I must have your GCSE results prior to July 11th 2009 so that I can organise SAT exams for entry to US Colleges, I have no interest in College results or grades!!


If you are aware of any players, we are unaware of who wish to attend the sessions, they MUST register with Neil Nisbet prior to attending, these sessions are by invitation and application only.
